As a consultant, I can help design and build contractors improve their business model, pricing process, pre-construction systems, project handovers, management structure, reporting, KPIs, client journey and operational controls. My focus is practical implementation rather than theory — helping owners clarify roles, reduce owner dependency, improve margins, strengthen accountability and create repeatable systems across sales, design, costing and construction delivery. I am particularly suited to working with ambitious residential contractors who have demand and technical ability, but need stronger structure, leadership and commercial discipline to grow without becoming trapped in daily operations.

My experience comes from building and running BuildTech, a Dublin-based residential design and build company, where I have been directly involved in sales, feasibility, design coordination, costing, project delivery, client management, recruitment, financial control and business restructuring. This gives me practical, real-world experience of the pressures construction owners face: inconsistent margins, operational firefighting, weak systems, staff dependency, client issues, subcontractor control and the challenge of moving from trades-led delivery to a proper management structure.
